Taking a high level view, we ask, "how can we build responsibly?"  As we select project locations, we consider the impact on the community and master plan.  Are we promoting good governance?  Is the site suitable for renewable technologies?  Have we made a sustainable choice when we choose a particular location?  These are the questions we ask when searching for project sites.
